The Hays Area Children's Center is a private, non-profit agency that has provided quality services for children since 1966. Fully credentialed by the State of Kansas to assure high standards, HACC believes that "play" is a prerequisite to creative thinking and leads to discovery, reasoning and positive social relationships in children.
