About

History

Opening in 1966, Hays Area Children’s Center (HACC) is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) childcare facility that provides care for more than 80 children that range in age from zero to school age in our community. HACC provides a high-quality educational setting with a proven curriculum beginning at age zero! We support highly trained and certified staff to provide structured learning in a caring environment that sets children up for a successful transition to kindergarten. Our services provide uninterrupted year-round care that includes a large focus on learning-enriched activities. Your child's adventure awaits!

Parents

Our goal at the Hays Area Children’s Center is to provide your children with quality care and educational experiences.  Entrusting others to take care of your child in the same loving and nurturing way and environment as your own can be very scary.  We help make that transition as easy as possible.  We want your child to feel right at home each day at drop off.  Knowing that your child is happy, safe, and well cared for, makes leaving your child in our care a little easier.
